This Return & Refund Policy applies to services provided by TRUEMAN SOLAR PV LTD (Company Number: 16380535).

We provide professional air conditioning installation services, including Residential Installation, Commercial Installation, and Split Systems.

Nature of Services

Due to the nature of our business, we provide installation services rather than physical goods. As such, standard return policies applicable to retail products do not apply.

Booking and Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule an installation appointment by contacting us in advance.

  • Cancellations made before work has started may be eligible for a full refund.
  • If work has already begun, any refund will be assessed based on the work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued once the installation has been fully completed, except as required by law.

12-Month Installation Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on all air conditioning installation work carried out by our team.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the installation. If an issue arises within 12 months of installation, we will inspect the problem and, where applicable, repair the issue at no additional cost.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues related to the manufacturer or equipment faults not caused by installation
  • External factors such as electrical faults, environmental conditions, or third-party interference

Faults and Service Issues

If you experience any issues with your installation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • Cancellation before services have been performed
  • Service not delivered as agreed
  • Legal obligation to provide a refund

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the property and installation requirements
  • Ensuring safe and appropriate access to the installation site
  • Following all recommended maintenance guidelines
